Your tasks during our growth journey:

You’ll start our journey in Norway, continuing the success of Finland and Sweden.

As a Lead Cloud Architect at Codento, you plan and work hands-on with cloud architecture, software architecture, and AI solutions in the cloud.

You work with cloud technology tools that deepen and expand your already possessed know-how. You will learn a lot, especially about Google Cloud, and that is also expected of you in this position.

You will also be working closely with our friends at Google Cloud as well as our Codento Nordic teams. You help the sales team to open up customer relationships with your expertise, and you are involved in building teams around them.

We will also involve you in planning the long-term strategic aspects and overall skills development of Codento.

When you join us, we expect you to have:

Must-haves

• Previous strong knowledge of working with Cloud Architecture – preferably Google Cloud
• Strong background in hands-on software development and understanding of software production
• A strong understanding of the consulting/service business and great skills in working with different stakeholders
• Ability and willingness to work very independently and drive the initiative to grow our tech team in Norway
• Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Track record of leading projects/teams
• Understanding of AI tools and practices
• Valid GCP Certification
• Growth / entrepreneurial mindset
• Norwegian language capabilities
